The mental and physical overwhelm is not in what you are experiencing but in the disconnection with the elements.

We are part of nature, and nature is made up of five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether.

When we disconnect from nature and the elements, we disconnect from ourselves, and then comes illness and all the mental noise responsible for chronic stress and anguish.

At this retreat we will teach you a few simple practices of yoga, meditation, massage and self-hypnosis that will help you connect with the energy of the 5 elements and have a profound experience of inner peace that you can replicate without moving to the middle of the countryside or making a radical life change.

Undoubtedly we are living in difficult times - and stress is everywhere.

This causes us to live in a state of constant tension that is transferred to our thoughts, our tissues, and our relationships, causing pain and discomfort.

Our ancestors were exposed to the same amount of stimuli in a lifetime as we are today in a week.

Our ancestors understood the laws of nature and what flowed with it.

It is time to reclaim that wisdom.

But the world has changed, so we need to adapt to regain that connection with nature, and to take into account the modern lifestyle.

If we are able to apply ancient wisdom in today's context, we can enjoy the benefits of modern life in balance with our surroundings, facilitating the inner calm that opens the door to better health and resilience.

If you have tried yoga and meditation in the past and feel that you are not able to relax because your mind is too rebellious, let me tell you that this is not the case. It's not your fault, and you don't have a rebellious mind.

You have a mind that has particular qualities according to your energetic constitution (which you have not yet discovered), and this influences the way you relax.

Discovering yourself in the elements and connecting with them will help you uncover that ability to return to your center. Unfortunately, today's medicine does not want you to be healthy.

Medicine doesn't want you to be healthy because with your health comes the end of the synthetic medicine business.

That is why they will never teach you the knowledge and habits of our ancestors, they will never explain to you how to balance your energy and connect with yourself because once you learn, you can do it yourself and you will become a free person.

Fortunately, there are more and more awakened people seeking health and balance in a natural way, without artificial solutions that perpetuate the cycle of pills and more pills to cover up the side effects of pills.

I want you to mark this date on your calendar: Saturday, November 4th. On this day we will teach a special protocol that combines yoga, meditation, massage and self-hypnosis based on the Five Elements Theory of Ayurveda and Thai Medicine.

It is a protocol that will help you experience deep relaxation and healing, and that will also positively influence the people around you.

The question of the mind-body connection and the balancing of energies is something I have been investigating since I was very young.

I was initiated into reiki in 1995, studied massage and traditional Thai medicine in Thailand with international masters, worked as a spa therapist on cruise ships, and trained in clinical hypnosis with the prestigious English therapist Marisa Peer.

I have spent decades exploring ancient and modern techniques for wellness.

But this knowledge cannot remain in the hands of just a few, so I have teamed up with my friend and therapist Isabella Welsch to share with you the best practices for achieving calm and mental balance through yoga and five-element massage.

Isabella is a psychotherapist and yoga teacher with 30 years of experience, and she will be in charge of the introduction and practice of the 5 element yoga.

It is known from psychology that emotions are not bad per se.

Fear or anxiety can serve to prevent you from making a decision that is too risky, but too much anxiety can lead to mental blockage and physical weakness.

It's the same with energy.

According to oriental medicine, everything is made up of different energies: earth, water, fire, air and ether.

A little too much of one or too little of the other, and we have an imbalance that is transferred to the body, mind and emotions.

If there is a lack of earth energy, there will be doubt and erratic behavior, and with an excess of earth energy there will be rigidity.

Lack of water energy will bring bitterness, excess water will bring fear.

Lack of fire will lead to depression, excess fire will produce anger and a lack of empathy.

Knowing the quality of the elements and how to balance them is essential to keeping our emotions and bodies in balance.

The combination of yoga and massage will allow you to harmonize the elements within your physical body, while meditation and self-hypnosis will do this using your mind.

In the morning, Isabella will introduce you to the world of the 5 elements and guide you through yoga dynamics to balance the elements.

At noon, you will enjoy a relaxing moment and a delicious vegetarian lunch.

In the afternoon we will pair up while I teach the secrets of Thai massage following the idea of the harmony of the elements, so you will receive a massage and learn how to do it with techniques easy enough so you can master it right away even if you have no experience.

At the end of the day I will lead a hypnosis session to calm the mind and turn off negative thoughts so that the experience of calm and healing is complete.

    Of course, the dynamics are designed so that people of any level can participate and learn, no experience is necessary.

    Any special requirements?

    The only requirement is that you be able to move while standing or on the ground.

    May I take my food with me?

    The price of the retreat includes a vegetarian lunch so there is no need to bring food; if you have any kind of intolerance, please let us know before signing up.
